In late 2024, Drew, after moving on from his insurance career, approached Paul Cruz with the idea of opening a restaurant together. Cruz brings almost three decades of restaurant and hospitality experience, along with 10 years as a pit master, and combines it with Drew’s desire to create a memorable dining experience each and every day. Together the duo is focused on creating a culture of unmatched hospitality and memorable dining experiences.
